- Developing a novel activity-driven ASP for converting analog into processed digital information to minimize the processing energy into the ultimate level, highly necessary for many applications with energy scavenge.
Description
- Small area & low power consuming sensor measuring few μV level analog voltage output is required for neural signal sensing. Although the Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) exists in every real world signal detection, ADC with low scale process can only read on/off state of the output, not the precise voltage level. Therefore activity driven ADC is required.

Description
- As semiconductor process scales down, effects from PVT variation increases and it strongly affects performance, reliability,and yield of a chip. Thus study to sense and overcome PVT variation is required.
